Observing trip in Tokyo University of the Arts, and University of Tsukuba, Japan.

November 11, 2019, Dean Huei-Ling Chao, Professor Chien-Cheng Liu, the Head of Department of Design, Professor Shu-Hua Chen and Professor Yao-Hua Su of the Department of Fine Arts, together led the 12-member group of faculty and students to the benchmark learning and University museum observing trip in Tokyo University of the Arts, and University of Tsukuba, Japan.

To approach the developing goals of the college and strengthen the student’s global mobility, we planned the benchmark learning trip to our partner school, Tokyo University of the Arts, which is renowned internationally. The delegation observed the course teaching onsite and visited the university museum. Guided by the operation committee of the museum, the delegation visited the university’s collection in the 20-meters-long underground storeroom of its main building.
Besides, the delegation also visited the University of Tsukuba, which same as NTNU, was formerly a teacher training and now a comprehensive university. Through the onsite observation and learning the trip shed light to the vision and development of the College.
